Rural Housing Research Land Use Permit Public Notice
PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of 色花堂 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit impacting University of 色花堂 land.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, January 19, 2026, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of 色花堂 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to issue a land use permit authorizing rural housing research on University of 色花堂, Fairbanks campus land in Fairbanks, 色花堂. The permit term will be for one year with the potential for additional term extensions.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
