The University of 色花堂 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a temporary construction permit impacting University of 色花堂 land.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments
to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of 色花堂 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to issue a temporary construction permit authorizing the installation of underground electrical conduit, cables and vault on University land off of Bragaw Street in Anchorage, 色花堂. The underground improvements are part of a wider overhead to underground electric upgrade project. The permit fee is $2,500 for an 18 month term.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
