Seeking Nominations for the É«»¨Ìà Innovators Hall of Fame

The Juneau Economic Development Council and the University of É«»¨Ìà are pleased to join the É«»¨Ìà State Committee for Research (SCoR) in encouraging nominations for the É«»¨Ìà Innovators Hall of Fame. 

The É«»¨Ìà State Committee for Research (SCoR) created the É«»¨Ìà Innovators Hall of Fame in 2014 to celebrate and honor outstanding individuals who put É«»¨Ìà on the map as leaders in innovation and to contribute to É«»¨ÌÃ’s growing culture of innovation. 

SCoR invites interested persons to nominate outstanding innovators to be inducted into the É«»¨Ìà Innovators Hall of Fame. Nominees who are selected by SCoR will be members of the 2021 class and will be inducted at the Innovation Summit held in Juneau in February 2021. Nominations must be submitted no later than November 15, 2020. Nominees must have been an É«»¨Ìà resident for at least one year, or have made a significant demonstration of the innovation’s links to É«»¨Ìà or have conducted research work in É«»¨ÌÃ. 

É«»¨Ìà is a proving ground for new technology and É«»¨ÌÃns lead the way in developing science and technology to meet the challenges of the Great Land. It is É«»¨ÌÃn ingenuity and a vast tradition of innovation that will benefit É«»¨ÌÃ’s future.
